Matthew Ollier BA (Hons) Dip Arch (Bart) ARB trained at the Bartlett, University College London and graduated in 1996. At OMI Architects he was Project Architect on their largest project to date, a £50m residential development, worked on the £1BN Paradise Project for Grosvenor Estates in Liverpool while at BDP and designed the £150M mixed use Altair scheme in Altrincham before leaving Ian Simpson Architects. He has received a number of national design awards for completed projects. Matthew has taught at Birmingham City University and is also a director of property development company Mushroom.

Alaster Smurthwaite BA (Hons) BArch RIBA ARB trained at The University of Liverpool where he has also been involved critiquing the degree course. After qualifying as an architect in 1999 Alaster joined OMI architects to complete the National Football Museum in Preston. Since then he has been involved in the realisation and delivery of schemes across many different sectors, ranging in value from £100k up to £1BN. Alaster has worked on a wide variety of projects that have received national awards for design. He is also a director of property development company Mushroom.
